Investigation of the selective laser melting (SLM) process, using finite element method, to understand influences power and scanning speed on heat flow melt-pool dimensions is a challenging task. Most existing studies are focused study thin layer thickness comparative same materials under different manufacturing conditions. The present work analysis thermal cycles complex behavior high multi-layer additive (LAM) pure Titanium (Ti) Inconel 718.
